By Gabriel Enogholase BENIN — EDO State government’s decision to make education free for primary school pupils and students in Junior Secondary School (JSS) in the state is paying off with a non-governmental  organisation (NGO), Caritas Foundation based in Benin, complimenting the efforts of the government. The NGO has taken the lead in assisting the govern-ment with the provision of writing and instructional materials to private and public schools in two local government areas of the state
