PRESIDENT Umaru Musa  Yar’Adua has  put an end to speculations on those to serve in the new board of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) when he finally made available the list of members of the reconstituted board which has been sent to the senate for confirmation. In the new board, the President nominated Air vice Marshal Larry Koinyan (Rtd.) of Bayelsa State as Chairman of the new Board and Mr. Chibuzor Ugwoha of Rivers State as the Managing Director of the Commission
